On 6/29/2002 Platinum Benefit took $229 from my account and said I had a PACKAGE coming. One month went by and I begin calling, I have called twice a week for the past 5 months. Always get a women name Meeia and she always says the same thing every time the package is on it's way. I asked for a refund and she said the form is in the package
