Platinum Benefits ripoff. company and very rude unprofessinal customer service North Clearwater Florida
Hey Guys! Well, I guess they got me. This company has unprofessional customer service and they lied to me over the phone. I also noticed that they started recording the part when they asked me about my name, social security number, bank name and account number information. After taking my information they gave me a 800 number that i need to call something about a voice mail...and also be aware that they talk very fast and that's because they wanted to confuse you with the "offer". They asked me to pay $78 but then when i check my bank statement i found out that they took out $79.95.
Anyway, so after that i called their customer service right away and this guy is very rude to me over the phone because I was still asking him question but he already hang up on me. So i called them back and called them back and told them that i do not want the card and that they are very rude to me and i read comments about their company that they're just ripping off people! The lady was speechless and a second after that she told me that she can cancel the card and gave me a cancellation number and all i have to do is wait and see something happens!
