To any businesses considering using Platinum One LLC services and to any salespeople thinking about working for Platinum One LLC: Don't do it!
As a former Platinum One LLC sales rep, I can tell you first hand that as a business owner you will be subject to a whole host of hidden fees. For example, if you don't use the service every month, you're actually charged for not using it... and this is on top of exorbitant monthly payment you're already making to lease their equipment.
Also, the contract with the merchant company (the company funding the deals) is year to year, but the lease is a 4 year deal. So, you can be dropped from the program after year 1 but still have to pay your equipment lease for 3 more years. Who in their right mind would sign an agreement like that? No one, but they do their best to hide this from the business owner.
As a sales rep, you quickly learn that not only is there no real training, but the "Regional Managers" are no more than mercenaries who are allowed to manipulate the commission structure and give information out only on a "need to know" basis. Seriously, it's like pulling teeth to get even the most basic information.
Do yourself a big favor and don't get involved with Platinum One LLC.
