In June, Playon TV had a special for online movie steamling for $9.99.  I purchased this service and it never worked.  I email the support team three times and with their limited instructions, it never worked.  I tried to cancel but could not retrieve my key to enter into my account.  So I forgot about it, lost my money, and the service that I paid for.

In August, they charged my bank account $4.99 for their subscription.  According to their website,

Cancel Your Subscription

If you purchased a subscription plan, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Your license will continue to work until the end of your paid term. Just log into your account and click on cancel plan.

 

Since my subscription that never worked ended, why did they go into my bank account and took $4.99 out without my permission?

I telephone this number 289-426-5118 and left a message twice requesting that they return my money to my bank account because they were not authorized by me to renew that subscription.  It did not work the first time and I lost $9,99, so why would I order it again?

I emailed them this message and no one has responded.  I want my money returned to me.

I found out that the president and CEO name is Jeff Lawrence.  The offices are called Media Mall and are located in New York, Seattle, and Copenhagen.

Today you took $4.99 out of my bank account without my permission.  I paid for one special you had in June 2015  only and never was able to use your services.  It never worked on my computer.  I am requesting that you return my money back into my checking account.  I do not want any more of your services so cancel it.
