Playphone Inc. playphone.com Malware loaded on a Samsung Galaxy phone authorized voice mail "service Charges" of 9.99 per month when I purchased my new phone. The charge on my sprint bill wasn't noticed and when I contacted Sprint, they could only refund 3 months of service. I can't get a phone number for playphone and the voicemail on my galaxy s5 is still screwed up. San Mateo California
I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy phone and there was an ap preloaded for voicemail. After looking at the playphone website, I believe it was the voicemail ap that caused me to be charged 9.99 per month. I couldn't get voicemail to work on my phone without their malware that was pre loaded. Apparently I have been getting charged 9.99 per month since I have owned my phone. I am very upset and there is not a contact number for the company anywhere, only an e-mail address. I have not heard back from the company since I contacted them.
