Yes, Plenty Jackpots is a horrible casino scam and they will never pay you. I had the misfortune of playing at their 'sister' casino Slot Nuts..though they are actually one and the same. I won $900 and requested payout Oct.16, 2011 and it is apparently 'still in process' and I am to 'be assured that I will receive email when it is processed'. Bullcrap!
I have all the chats saved on my computer and they all read like a script. I have filed a Rip-Off Report here and on casinomeister.com..but Ed (owner of this site) advised me there is no recourse. I delight myself with going off on them everyday by phone, lol.
After being scammed by them, I did some research to find a reputable online casino that pays. I can tell you from personal experience that Slots Plus is reputable. I have been playing there for over 3 weeks, won $529 the week before Thanksgiving and received my check via Fed-Ex the Monday following Thanksgiving. Won another $650 on Dec. 3rd and it is already approved. The check I got for $529 was good, actually took it to my local Wal-Mart and got it cashed for $3.00.
I'm sorry you got scammed by them too, but they are horrible..the live agents 'Rafael', 'Gabriel', "Jason'...they have a script that they copy/paste, I have about 55 of them since Oct 16th and they are almost the same word for word. Let me guess, the toll free 'customer service' # is 1-877-676-1504, right? Same as Slot Nuts.
There are a few complaints about them right here on Rip-Off Report, which I'm sure you have seen by now. You can either write off online casinos altogether or you can try Slots Plus, at least I took the risk first and can vouch for them, lol.
