Points Across America. Guys came to the door and offered me a pretty good deal on a magazine subscription and a few minutes later I regretted it and found out i could cancel it. But seeing other reports about them I doubt I am getting my 47.00$ back.

I've read two of your rebutals and was suprised by your responses. Your customers are complainers and whiner from what you said. They should be happy that they order something and it takes 5+ months to recieve it? I thought I was getting ripped off by your company too until I started reading into it and found out you guys just take your sweet time to deliver. I was never shown anything or told it would take months to recieve my mags when they sold them to me. These people have legit complaints and your respones were not very buisness like. I have 3 nieghbors that you sold mags too and they I had the same thought of being ripped off as I did. Maybe your customers are not happy with your companies service and thats why they complain. You act like the kids that come to your door to sell this stuff are going to tell you it takes 5 months to deliver. Yeah right they wouldn't sell one subscription! Right! No instead us the consumer are suppose to quiz the junk out of these kids to find this stuff out. Your buisness maybe legit, but who cares when you can only sell to a person onetime and they never want to deal with your company again. Another unhappy customer.

Lets face it people. In today's day and age the customer is just NOT right all the time. PAA has had 12 complaints out of 60,000 customers in a 2 year period. That is an amazing percentage of customers that ARE satisfied. Dustin what exactly is your complaint? That you have the right to cancel so you did because 12 people prematurely complained about something? We abide by the Federal Trade Commissions policies. Ever heard of it? I take my customers side 100% by the contract they signed with my company. If I do not deliver as stated on your receipt, you are refunded and your product is free. I stand by that. There are mistakes just like with Macy's or McDonalds no company is perfect, but we do our best to do the best in our industry. Thank you Dustin for filing another unnecessary opinion on this waste of time of a website. Please use a real association like your states Attorney General or the BBB. I apprecaite you wasting my time on an opinion verses a legitimate complaint. Have a great day and as always: we love our real sponsors. Kelly
