2 people came to my front door, which was already open so I couldn't ingore them. They were smooth talking and I ordered a magazine from them on April 23rd. They wouldn't tell me the actuall cost before I ordered, they only said 'about 50 cents an issue' They invite themseleves in my house and complete the order, it was $64. They told me how what phone to call if I needed anything. I call the number that day to cancel and they say I can only do it by mail, sending in their 'form'. I do it and bring it to the post office that day.

Weeks go by and nothing, I write a little letter asking where my refund is, nothing....I call and get a rude lady on the phone. They say they magicaly don't have my cancelation form but they have my letter. The lady calls me 'honey' and saracasticaly says 'You're our greatest customer'. I keep asking to talk to someone else and she wouldn't let me, she sayd their is no one higher than her in the company.

I filed a report with the Better Buisness Bureau and they lies about me.

I still have now refund or magazine.

Cassie was also told that if we received her cancellation at a later date and the post mark was within three as stated on the back of the receipt that she would be issued a refund. We did finally receive her original cancellation post marked correctly in our office and a refund was issued upon receipt. We have not heard from Cassie since, but the check was been cashed. Yelling and screaming at anyone is very unethical, especially when it was unproked. I come to work everyday to do my best to serve my customers. Every customer is very important to me. Even ones that verbally abuse me like you did Cassie.
