Cassie was also told that if we received her cancellation at a later date and the post mark was within three as stated on the back of the receipt that she would be issued a refund. We did finally receive her original cancellation post marked correctly in our office and a refund was issued upon receipt. We have not heard from Cassie since, but the check was been cashed. Yelling and screaming at anyone is very unethical, especially when it was unproked. I come to work everyday to do my best to serve my customers. Every customer is very important to me. Even ones that verbally abuse me like you did Cassie.
