Portfolio Recovery Associates, LLC Received via mail a false claim collection letter for amount of $9,871.72! Perfect credit history~not on Credit Report. Norfolk, Missouri
Received 1st communication on 7/24/12 indicating that $9871.72 was owed. Had "slight" seizure!!!
I have excellent credit and no Write Offs and/or late payments reflecting on my Credit Report.
Emailed Portfolio requesting to dispute and to cease & desist collection efforts because this is a false claim.
Requested proof to show debt is a ligitimate outstanding debt as it does not reflect on Credit Report which I request on an annual basis.
