Postal Benefit Inc Nancy Green, Leo visser,pearl perez this company claims to pay 3100$ a month to receive packages and salary will be paid monthly tomorrow is my pay day and i have a strong feeling after reading reports on this site tey are not going to pay.I will join in sueing and taking down this company because of them my familiy. I have received packages with other peoples name for 30 days alot of packages came in and i reshipped them now its close to pay day tomorrow 0ct,6 .Now my portal doesnt work.All of my packages were for inne states no international labels.I am ready to stop and sue anyone.Also will help in any federal investigation of these peeole taking advantage of people with nothing

When you go on Careerbuilder, or Monster, or even Indeed, there will be postings, or e-mails you receive if you happen to be registered with those sites that will advertise work at home jobs occasionally. These postings come from thieves posing as legitimate businesses, and often use a legit business you can look up on the internet and confirm in your mind that it sounds OK.
In reality, these thieves are preying on desperate people and for the victim, the thought of getting $3,000/month without leaving the home sounds great. Except of course the money never comes through and you've worked for a month....for nothing.
You want to hold these websites accountable for the scam, but you can't, because courts have already ruled websites are not responsible for the content placed by independent 3rd parties (in your case - a thief). You then have to go after the company, except they aren't even located within the US, so there's really no one to go after.
The thieves use loopholes in the existing legal framework to conduct their scam. The solution is that no consumer should EVER accept a work at home job....the risk of a ripoff is too great. When that happens, then this scam will eventually die out - at least in theory....

Usually i would be on top of my game but just came out of hospital with a cancer scare and wasnt thinking..But you live and learn but if Ever the fbi wants to get them ill be ready to offer info....
its sad that they use careerbuildng and respectble sites to do dirt.

Oh, this is quite an old scam, and you can't sue anyone because they operate outside US legal jurisdiction. The scammers pick a legit shipping company, pretend they're that company, and you get sucked in. Upon hiring, you become a participant in a criminal enterprise; the items you've been shipping off to others contained merchandise stolen from other people or entities, for which you received and reshipped off to others - whether they were aware of the stolen items, or not...usually they were, or are aware.
Now, you would never be charged with receiving stolen property - there was no intent on your part. However, you should be aware that criminals who have no problem getting stolen merchandise sent to you to receive, and then you to ship off to others, have no problem with not paying you.
A legitimate shipping company has no need for people to work out of their homes to prepare items ready for shipment. I mean if you had really given some actual thought to this, then you would have known this was a scam from the very beginning.... Stop looking for jobs in which you can work from your home - most of jobs are scams.
