I was directed to go to usps.com/employment to sign up for the test. I was then directed to first pay $39.00 for the test. I paid the money on my debit card. I then received 183 pages of information. I was then directed to fill out my profile first. Which I did and received my ID# of 87374060. I was sure what to do next, but when I started looking I could not find a number to contact someone. I then call the Unites States Postal Service at 855-468-1556 and was told they had no idea what I was talking about, there test cost $70.00 and could not help me. I was shocked. I ask to speak with a supervisor and was told they could not direct me to anyone. I could not understand why. I then emailed the United States Postal Service at USPS Technical Support they responded with a incident report # 150610-000737 stating they do not charge for employment information and do not sell any preparatory materials for the exam nor do we endorse any companies selling such materials. I since saw the $39.00 was taken from my acct and there was a telephone number and website on my transactions. The website says POSTALEXAM473.COM the telephone number was 888-694-3439 from Arizona. I called it and get a recording with three options. 1. Press 101 for employment opportunities, pres 102 for technical support and 103 for refund request. I have left several messages and have not heard a thing. Should I contact the Better Business Bureau or what should I do. unknown Arizona
