HELLO. I AM A FORMER PRECISIOND DOOR EMPLOYEE. I AM
WRITING THIS LETTER TO INFORM ANYBODY WHO HAS RECIEVED
THIER SERVICES HAS BEEN FIPPED OFF!!!!!!!!!! THE PEOPLE
REPAIRING YOUR DOOR AND PRODUCTS ARE SALES PEOPLE TRYING
TO EARN A DOLLAR AND THEN YOUR DOOR WILL BE FIXED.
AS A TECHNICIAN FOR PDS MY AVERAGE GOAL WAS TO "OVERHAUL"
EVERY DOOR AND AVERAGE AT LEAST $500 DOLLARS PER JOB. MY
FORMER BOSS(OWNER)HIMSELF SHOWED ME HOW TO BREAK GARAGE
DOOR PARTS AND HOW TO BREAK THEM IN THE FUTURE TO EARN A
PAYCHECK.
I WAS ONE OF THE BETTER EMPLOYEES HE HAD BUT I WAS TRYING
TO EARN AN HONEST LIVING BUT HONEST IT WAS NOT. I TRAINED
AND THEN WENT TO WORK IN SAINT LOUIS AND THEN TO FIND OUT
I WOULD BE WORKING BY MYSELF RUNNING THE ENTIRE SERVICE
AND INSTALLATIONS MYSELF. THE OWNER AND EMPLOYEE BRAGGED
ABOUT HOW MUCH MONEY I COULD EARN DOING THIS JOB BUT THE
MONEY DIDNT COMPARE TO THE SACRIFICES I COMMITED.
IF ANYONE IN THE SAINT LOUIS AREA IS UNFAMILIAR, THERE IS
ONLY 1 LOCATION, NOT ONE IF EVERY PART OF THE CITY OR
COUNTY OR EVEN THE ST. CHARLES OR PETERS AREA.
THIS IS A SCAM. THIS COMPANY ALSO ADVERTISES IN ILLINOIS
BUT ALL CALLS ARE FORWARDED TO SAINT LOUIS, WHICH IN
ACTUALLY WERE FORWARDED TO LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS!!!! THE
WAY THE PAY SCALE WORKS IS AS FOLLOWING:
18.5% OF THE TOTAL TICKET AMOUNT NOT INCLUDING TAXES.
SOUNDS OK? LOOK AT IT THIS WAY; I WOULD START WORK AT 8AM
AND AT LEAST WORK UNTIL 9PM EVERYNIGHT 7 DAYS A WEEK AND
WOULD ALSO BE ON CALL FOR ANY CALLS THAT WOULD BE
RECIEVED AFTER THOSE HOURS (WHICH WAS EVERY NIGHT). I
STARTED DOING A LOG AN THE MILEAGE, WEAR AND TEAR ON
VEHICLE, OIL, GAS, AND OTHER MISC. EXPENSES AND AFTER
WORKIKNG EVERY DAY AND AVG. 80 HOURS A WEEK IT DID NOT
PAN OUT.
I HAD TO CALL IN SICK SO I COOULD GO TO THE DOCTOR AND I
WAS INDICATED WITH STREPT THROAT AND MY OFFICE MANAGER
CALLED MY DOCTOR AND HARRASSED HIM STATING HE WAS A "LIAR".
THE REASON WHY I LEFT IS BECAUSE THE COMPANY TOOK MONEY
FROM MY PAYCHECK EVERYWEEK ($100S) STATED I OWED THEM
MONEY BUT I DEDICATED MY LIFE TO EARNING THEM AT LEAST 6-
13000 DOLLARS A WEEK!!! YES, 13,000 DOLLARS A WEEK FROM
ONE EMPPLOYEE THAT WORKE 80HRS/7DAYS AND RECIEVED A $800
D0LLAR AVER. PAYCHECK THAT WOULD END UP JUST GOING TO
GAS, CELL PHONE BILLS ($400 PER MONTH FOR COMPANY CALLS)
AND LIFES EXPENSES LIVING ON THE ROAD.
IF ANYONE IS PREPAIRING A LAW SUIT OR WISHES TO DO SO I
AM HERE FOR YOU. IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER WHOSE HAS
PREVIOUSLY BEEN RIPPED OFF I AM HERE FOR YOU. IF MY NAME
IS ON YOUR TICKET I AM HERE FOR YOU. THE COMPANY HAS TO
BE TERMINATED AND I FEEL MYSELF AND EVERY OTHER EMPLOYEE

I'm sure you've probally seen my report and all the rebuttals I put anto the other reports. My wife and I have been doing everything in our power to stop Precision. I worked for the office in Maryland. I too have been screwed out of thousands of dollars in my paycheck, mainly because I refused to screw people over. The wage and Hour division has stated that the t5ruck and cell phone was in the companies name, therefor, we are not responsible for these bills and they should be refunded to us along with back pay. I am preparing a lawsuit against them, the problem is finding a trust worthy attorney in the area. DO NOT FILE A COMPLAINT with you local BBB or CBBB. Look up my report on them. They are actually working to help this scam. Everything you have stated is exactly what I have been trying to tell people for the last few months. I can't tell you how happy we are that another person has come forward. Maybe we can some how work together to stop this scam and put them out of business. Let me know how to get in contact with you.
