Do not do business with Premier Funding LLC, Loren Ritacca or Steve Jenkins. They will take your money upfront and not perform. They have ruined many people’s life’s by giving them false hopes and promise of funding their projects by offering 100% financing with no credit check. Do not be their next victim. Stay away from this company and individuals. If you are a victim, file a report with your state attorney general, WI attorney general and Sec of State. They are not licensed by any governing body. They will rip you off your money.

The business model and intent of Premier Funding LLC was to make private funding available with terms and conditions that were much more liberal and obtainable especially for start up projects. We worked with one private funding source who agreed to loan us money and required a percentage deposit of the loan amount we requested. We therefore required deposit of clients. Our early clients sent deposits direct to us which we immediately passed on to our funding source . We did not hold on to the money . Our latter clients send deposits direct to our attorney which we felt was a better vehicle for receiving deposits .When we realized funding was not forthcoming for our original clients , we elected not to send any further deposits to our funder. The deposits sent to our attorney were refunded to our latter clients . Our funder has not to date provided the funding requested nor refunded our original clients. This was unexpected and has caused great hardship to our clients and to our selves .We have been earnestly and deliberately trying to work with our funding source and who once again promised that we would have either funding or refunds by April 15 . Our attorney is ready to take legal action against our funder as of April 16 should this not be forthcoming. Premier Funding LLC has been stuck in the middle of this situation and are heartsick for our clients . We have incurred a lot of debt and a bruised reputation.
