This company promised and delivered a personal internet pharmacy site

PROBLEM: According to Washington board pharmacy it is not licensed to sell prescription drugs in state of WA. Must spend large amounts of advertising money to Premier Marketing Group to get visitors to your site. claim many visitors to site but impossible to verify no. Now the pharmacy site has removed the link to check any orders you may have recieved. This after having the site shut down for a month for "seasonal updates". National Pharmacy Network charged my credit card $328 which went to Premier Marketing Group. Premier Marketing Group (PMG) claimed in a fax that they did not sell business opertunities and were not affiliated with any co that did. They had www.iefts.com Shangaih, China charge my credit card. www.iefts.com charge my credit card $11358.80 in increments. I think they billed in increments so that the bank would not report the transaction to the government. They overcharge me $70.88 which they acknowledged to Phoenix and WA attorney General's offices and told them that they had refunded the overcharges which they did not. Those of you that have problems with them please report them to the FBI and also to the Phoenix Attorney General's office. Enough claims against them and they will be forced to take action against them. I have reported them to the FTC, FBI, and the Attorney general's office both in WA and Phoenix, AZ. I have been trying to get an attorney in Phoenix but I have not been able to get one.

James Macry has called me offering to refund the $70.88 overcharge if I will sign a legal document promising that I will contact all people that I have filed complaints with and it would prevent me from taling to anyone about the dispute. I am not going to sign it as it removes any chance to get a refund from them. A domain name that Lisa Benett gave to me "www.bestpricedrx.com in August 2005 was never registered and Tek Meds registered that domain in Nov. 2005. James registered soundpharmacy.com in my name to try to get me to sign the legal document taking away all my legal rights. He told me that normally domain names cost $2000 dollars but I found out that I can registered a domain name for$20 dollars a month orless. They give purchasers of their advertising agendas a domain name as a come on claiming they are giving us something for nothin. They over price everything. do not do business with them and do not buy prescription drugs over the internet as it is just a big scam.
