Well, I finally got an e mail from John saying that it was a mistake and no further charges will occur. I sent an e mail back asking for a statement in writing be sent to me with $0 balance.. No response! I got my new bill from Verizon a couple of days later. New charges were almost $200.00. Called them and they new about PPC. The woman I spoke with was very nice and I asked if they were going to credit me everything until this is taken care of. She said yes however long it will take. She told me that Verizon was def. aware of what was going on. After I hung up with her I called USBI. The weirdest thing happened. When I dialed USBI an operator andswered and said "Tellis customer service." When I asked how I got Tellis the b***h on the other end said some stupid remark how USBI was just a clearinghouse. No kidding, but I dialed USBI. Anyway, talking to her was like talking to my cat. She yelled at me. She also told me that PPC was a reputable company. I told her all the fraud reports I have filed with the feds and she said that was fine that both Tellis and PPC were backed by the BBB. HA! I told her that I am not stupid and that and auto dialer had been installed in my computer illegally and she told me that someone in my house acccepted it and then commands it to call London. She also told me that we make it use a 10-10 number to get around my non- existent long distance carrier. Our conversation went no where so I hung up. Called the USBI number again and got someone from USBI. I asked her why I was connected to someone from Tellis and she had no answer, although I did get another credit. Got my new bill from PPC for $385.00. I noticed there was a new number for them on there so I called them. The new number being 1 800 918 9057. I actually got through! First when he answered he said " Hello... (long pause) Customer service." I asked if this was PPC and he said yes. I said that I had some disputes about my bill. He didn't say anything for seconds. I said do you want the invoice number? I asked him about the dialer called TIBS that was installed in my computer. I made it clear that I did not install it. He told me that he didn't want to cause a divorce but, maybe my husband is doing stuff he should not be doing. I told him don't worry about a divorce! What kind of company says that? He told me he knew that TIBS was a dialer. I told him that I could never get through before and he said they just expanded to Utah. Yah, I bet they expanded! I told him I reported him to everyone under the sun. He told me that that was fine if I reported him to the BBB. I corrected him and told him that I went beyond the BBB and straight to the feds. He said that is fine and that all businesses get complaints. I told him that I knew that PPC was fraudulent and I am not paying. He told me that I will never get another bill from them. Yet, that same afternoon my computer is still auto dialing out. I bet I get another bill! I told him to send me a statement in the mail saying I do not owe anything and he said I should have got my e mail. I asked him what his name is. YOu will never guess what it is.. JOHN. I said Ohhh John haaa! Basically this conversation went no where. The only good news is that I got that freaking dialer out of my computer. Had to start it in safe mode and run Ad aware. Seems to have gotten rid of it for now. Also got 2 free months from ISP until we get this staightened out.

After I posted this inquiry about this network connection something really weird happened. A couple of hours later I went to see if I could delete this TIBS67 crap and it let me delete it. That is really weird since we have been trying to delete it for days now and it just kept popping up. I also sent an e mail to this john guy at the PPC and have heard nothing for a response.

I am no computer genius, by any means. I was going through and under my communications manager then under dial up I found a network connection called TIBS67. It will not allow me to get rid of this. It just keeps popping up.. I have also noticed that sometimes my computer will kick my off the net. When I go to dial up again, it will tell me that my line is already in use. Anyone else have this in their computer? and what do I do?
