The way it works is the fraud puts a modem dialer program on a thousand different sites all across the internet. Anyone who goes to those sites gets a dialer loaded to their computer. The dialer secretly dials out and makes long distance calls. The frauds will give up if you complain or fight the bill. Of course, millions of Americans simply pay because the fraud threatens their credit. Not bad income really, they get to keep millions of dollars, all for sending out fake bills. They used to be National One Telecom. Now, you see why they changed names and kept right on going?

I just got the phone bill today....in the amount of $303. I called the USBI and did get a credit for $134. These calls were all under the number 044 207-3358 and went through tellis or something like that. As for the other $123 I was patched through to another company. They were not so willing to credit my bill. All they did for me was put a block on my phone number. They were charging me for calls made from the number 044 127-7770. I am really frusterated that the first company did not even questoin me about my dispute, whereas the other company asked me several questions and would not credit my bill. I would really appreciate it if someone would include in their update what they have done in order to eliminate this bill from the number 044 127-7770. I would appreciate any help at all. Also if anyone is considering sueing these jerks (Premier Premium Communications) please mention that in your updates. I know there are enough people and evidence to make a decent case again these frauds.

I checked my email this morning and received an email stating the following: Dear Joel Ray Myers, Based on the investigation we have done, no billing errors have occurred. As a courtesy I have issued you credit on your bill, you do not owe anything and no further collection actions will occur. Regards, John Premier Premium Communications It feels great to know that my voice was heard and I was not forced to pay a faulty bill, However, I still have intentions on getting in on that class action lawsuit. Everyone keep those updates coming.
