Premier Property Management admits on the phone to going around our gated community and taking pictures of inside peoples homes and cars. Chelsea Bono is the main party responsible and her only response was that it was a common area and she has the right to do whatever she wants in a common area.

The main concern is that the company broke the law. What they did is no different than a pervert walking around taking picture on private property and that is against the law. I demanded to see the legal documentation to support her claim that she has the right to do this and she refused. She then refused to release any documents to me despite the state of Floridas requirements to.

Premier Property Management of Lake Mary Florida is one of the most terrible entitys to be involved with. They refuse to include recycling because of the cost to them and after years of asking them to stop violating the non-solicitation rules Chelsea Bono is now walking around sneaking in and out of peoples property and openly admitting that she is spying on the residents.

This company, after taking over, has a verified track record of increasing the crime rates in the area and destroying the natural beauty. Premier Property Management even removed all of our trees. The trees are not important but this company has it out for the environment. They wont recycle or institute a volunteer program and they chop down the oldest trees they can find.

Chelsea Bono used the argument that she has the right to do what she wants. She even discriminates against the disabled and will not allow us to have dedicated and safe parking for the disabled. Only the home owners president gets that right.

Upon further review the company has also violated the privacy rights of a resident while claiming to be trying to resolve a matter. Chelsea Bono made no effort to contact the legal phone number and address in relation to conflict resolution. Instead she left a voice mail on a phone she had no right communicating with in these matters and then she insists she made a reasonable effort to contact the home owner who, after it being brought to their attention by a third party, had no clue what was going on.

We are seeking legal reform in the company and demanding resolution to the matter. This is an American company spying on people and pretending it is legal hoping our minority neighbors wont know what to do or how to defend themselves.

Told not to call 911 after assisting sanford police with removal of methamphetamine

The Placid Lakes home owners association has been over run with meth and the so call herbal incense synthetic marijuana. Wrappers are all over the property including open used condoms. When attempting to contact Placid Lakes Home Owners I was informed that they did not see my rights as a home owner acording to the transitive property of ownership in relation to mariage and common law.

We are working closly with the Sanford police and know of 3 drug dealers selling marijuana and cocain. We have witnessed and recorded drunk drivers on the property and residants smoking marijuana out side and as a result the home owners association released in print to all residants not to call 911 unless it is an emergency. I've been taken by ambulance twice since that declaration once for a cardiac event brought on and exasterbated by the fact that I and my family are not safe.

We have picked up bullets, meth pipes, dirty needles, beer cans, used condoms... records with the Sanford Police on every event as we call the non-emergency line as per the Placid Lakes rules on calling 911 and after being transfered to emergency dispatch we are often greated by a police officer who is greatful we broke the silence.

We will be working directly with law enforcement in the coming months to remove the drug dealers from the property. I was denied involvement with the neighborhood watch program and Placid Lakes Home Owners Association will not accapt a meting with me and the Police to discuss a real plan of action.

If we do not recieve assistance in removing these threats we can only asume they are supporting the threats and are fully aware of what is happening. I would not be suprised at all if they recieved payments to allow the methamphetamine distribution and prostitution. This is a gated community.

The Place Lakes HOA does not want to accept the dangers associated with Central Florida. We have had record drug related crimes and with 3 new sex offenders moving within walking distance and us being around 3 schools, this community needs to come together. Not tear its self apart to product drug abuse and alchohol abuse.

On any given day you will find a joint, condom, syringe.. just laying around where our kids and animals play. The lake is filled with beer bottles and to this day I am the only one who has EVER entered the lake to remove the garbage.

In fact it is known by all the residants that I, until under strict order from doctors because of my progressive and terminal disease, cleaned up this place daily. I picked up the trash and always kept the dumpster areas clean. I would even pick up cigarette butts.

The Home Owners Association even released a letter observing these eforts and asking people to stop tossing the garbage around for one residant to clean up.

I even did the job of the lawn care company who I caqught smoking marijuana. By the time I got my phone they were all off property. The area right by the old Kangaroo gas station was where they dumped the trash and for years they got away with this until I put an end to it and cleaned up for them every time they were on property. This is a company that points a leafe blower at your car and blows leafs in while your driving and yes, many residants have busted them on property and using drugs.

I am a leader in fitness and dog care. Our own former HOA leadership Howard Brenner walked his dog and NEVER picked up his droppings. It got so bad we bought bags and placed them outside our home with a sign please take a roll of bags!

It is sad my last 3 years on earth will be spent fighting such evil.

Landscape company confirms they were ordered to enter property

We have just been informed that the landscape company has been given proxy permission to enter on to our private property and the management of the landscape company is being pressured to break more laws to gain access to property.

Sanford police have been called and we are now forced to have innocent landscape workers arrested. We are also seeking the possible incarceration of home owners association members who have broken the law with photos and other illegal acts, as confirmed in the state of Florida but that was a nice try Arizona, and we are now seeking to have members arrested according to conspiracy and privacy laws in regards to trespassing and the expected right to privacy.

It is unfortunate people are going to have to go to jail before this company is brought to justice. The laws broken are Spying and Stalking. Ask a rape victim if this law is fake or unjust.

Another threat and demand we remove our dog or they will sue us again.

Less than 24 hours after our quality lawn care service, who is still

trespassing, these pictures show what the front of my house looks like

and no other house in this development looks like this. I pick up trash

daily everywhere on my front yard and on the property.

I have a record of every house that has 3 or more dogs and over 10 homes

with dogs much larger than ours. They would go bankrupt if they filed

legal process on all of us so they are targeting us and singling us out.

We know this because we are very active with the other dog owners in

the community. Mind you Chelsea Bono personally sent the first letter

threatening to sue us if we did not get rid of our dog in 5 days. Then

she has her fake goon squad try to fire off a round but the FTC is

already well aware of this company and we are willing to give evidence

in open court. We are not the only ones who have been threatened to have

their home taken, renters have been threaten. They still insist they

can tell me I am not permitted to have a gun.

This is 24 hours after they threatened to sue us because we wont pay for

the sub par service and as point of fact we have a complain on record

from 2 years ago about the service and have been contesting the bills

since then. Chelsea Bono refuses to communicate and is now breaking the

law by proxy.

Drugs and prostitutes and home invasions and they are worried about our

dog. This is obvious and a jury of our peers will see what is happening.

It took a lot of effort to turn the housing situation around in the

United States and these so called professionals are undermining the

authority of a president. They spy on people and have no respect for our

president, could it be because he is black?

Until the can protect a gated community from booze and drugs they are

not earning their keep. They never entered in to contract with us and we

challenge their good faith effort to even attempt to honor the fake

contract that we never signed. A breech of terms on their part is what

started this when we called to report we were robbed and we had a

peeping tom. Thank you so much for helping us and we are still blown

away by your response "call the cops, it isn't our problem".

Chelsea Bono has refused to even talk to us on the phone and lied about getting us information to settle past due accounts. She broke federal law in denying us the right to contact her and she has threatened to sue us in every communication we have had with her. At the time of the request the fee was reasonable to negotiate but it is out of the question now and the fact remains we have no contract with this company.

They bit more than they could chew in a down turned economy and the fact they brake the laws and do things wrong and are flat out racist makes it clear that the HOA isn't in this for anything other than personal gain and we have been home owners here before the economy crashed and we will be here after.

The home owners association has sent a letter informing us that we have 45 days to pay for services on a contract we never signed. We have videos and photos of the used condoms and beer cans and drugs. We have had the police out watching a prostitute and possible drug dealer and the HOA has also refused to answer any phone calls from the home owner but there is no legal reason the company could be doing this, they simply said we don't want to talk to you and said we will call the cops
because we have guns and hunting equipment.

We are not allowed to own guns in our home! The HOA calls the cops on anyone they suspect of having a gun and they threaten to take your home. This is not an exaggeration.

Threat received. Stay away from Placid Lakes. It has been over run by methamphetamine use and the Placid Lakes HOA is being run by a fly by night operation that uses blatant and illegal methods. This is their third offense according to the Federal Trade Commission.

We have also been billed for legal fees for a company we have no contract with. I literally walked out side over the weekend and caught a prostitute in the front of our gated community having sex on the ground. We will not pay the fees because they never rendered a service and we never engaged a contract.

They have also refused to respond to a written request for all public data they have on this property. They also sent a letter threatening to sue us if we did not remove our dog. We calmly pointed out we own our home and no one has the right to tell us what we can put in our home so long is it is not against the law.

They are like little kids. They scream "I will sue you".

No progress and matters escalated with retaliation

Upon attempting to resolve this issue we were diverted several times on the phone when asking how to make a payment being told directly on the phone not to worry about it. Our account was sent to collections and on our final attempt to pay our debt we were instructed to contact a fake lawyer and while we were prepaired to pay the full amount they refused to even discuss the option with us and further demanded that a home owner is no longer allowed to contact their office for any reason to discuss these matters. They threatened to sue the home owner if they did not comply.

An incident with trespassing and lawncare has evolved in to a 2 month nightmare. It was made very clearly to lawn care that they are not able to step on to private property in any way shape or form. Lawn care instructed the home owners that the only way to comply was to post no trespassing signs that the homeowners association then insisted was a finable offense but still would not let the home owner know how to pay the fine or where to send any payments at all.

Home owners have been in property since the development started this is a new HOA. HOA ignored previous agreements and made no attempt to rectify this situation and in point of fact they exasterbated the condition so much that it sent the home owner to the hospitable emergency room as a direct result of interacting with the representitive of the home owners association.

It is clear that no amicable agreement can be had due to the direct actions of the party in question and further it has been noted that every possible attempt to work this out, as the company was required under law to seek, have been ignored and the party in question has completely refused to work with the complaining witness in any way.

It should be noted that this company still posses private and personal data such as phone numbers and addresses and license plate numbers obtained while sneeking around a gated community and taking pictures inside home owners vehicles and homes with no knowledge if they were residents or bank owned forclusres or new rental tennants thus spying on American's daily and taking pictures of it. This data was duplicated and reproduced for all home owners and is currently secured on the hard drives of the accused party.

Without further proof of destruction of the data all home owners of Place Lakes Town Homes must operate under the assumption that their personal data is not safe and the company charged with protecting it has made no effort to safe gaurd either the privacy of it's home owners or the race of it's residents. It has violated the individual rights of American's who were there providing a service to a home owner for the day or perhaps a visiting minister from a local congregation come to pray for a home owners life.
