Premier Windows and/or Premier Home Renewal Ward Fendley Received Money, never completed job, Mobile, Alabama
Completed a written contract, ask for more money, 1/2 through with job, in good faith gave him the $$. Job is only 1/2 complete, never returned with his contractors to finish the job. House is in a mess with half completion. He has ripped off other neighbors as well. Given him down payments and never, ever returned to start the work.
He is a perfect con artist, liar, thief. Filed a police report-- only to find out the City of Mobile Police Dept. had a mug shot of him. This should say something - apparently has alot of wrong doings. Business telephone is now disconnected, Closed office on Butler Dr. His sister, Lynn Fendley who handles telephone calls also fabricates the truth.
Others have filed against him, but he has so many judgements would do no good to file another one. Understnad WKRG Channel Five even had a "rip off" article on their network against this man and his company. BEWARE
