Any ficticious individual of the company can file a rebuttal. I am a legitimate consumer (unfortunately) of Global Destinations (i.e. Premium Vacations). I have tried to work with these folks for nearly two years to resolve an issue and have been lied to, calls avoided, calls unreturned, and treated and talked to/about as if I have no education or sense to get out of the rain. Fortunately, I have documentation of all conversations and even an email sent (I'm sure) inadvertantly to me as a reply that contains a converation ABOUT me by the very so-called professionals I've been trying to work with. Thanks to the handiwork of that employee (who will be an ex-employee I'm sure when they find out she sent the email to me), I have all the documentation and proof I need they have lied and avoided resolving my issue. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! Do NOT do business with these people. Save your money and take your own annual vacations. The destinations used in the presentation do not exist as actual properties you can visit (i.e. Hawaii) and those few destinations you do have to choose from are next to impossible to book availability unless you know a year or two in advance. The multiple "stars" program is a scam. There's no way to find availability to use the stars to be in compliance with the guidelines to get $1,000 back and they are completely aware of this. In my time dealing with them, I've actually spoken to 2 very nice people; one resigned and I wouldn't be suprised if the other one didn't follow soon behind. The corporate executives, directors, and Vice Presidents are misleading and only want your dollars to pad their pockets. Please avoid them and their sister company, Resort Transfers International (RTI). Global/Premium uses them for their so-called transfers should you trade in, which they claim they don't take (trades) and leave you responsible for not only your old timeshare costs but with debt and unusuable points with their terrible program.

palmbeachpost.com/news/business/travelers-accuse-global-connections-of-misleading-/nL7jC/
this article begs to differ with your position.....
don't give me any bullsh* about company names either. I looked at the trail, I know how corporations work. you set up one and then it owns another so that it works like a filter. the lower totem pole companies catch the dirt and that keeps the top national names nice and shiny. global connections, global discovery vacations, premium destination, and global vacation ventures are all the same company. you all s---.

I am the former Director of Marketing for this company so I can shed some light on the attempt to deflect blame onto their marketing companies, rather than accepting responsibility for their own misdeeds.
The overwhelming majority of all marketing performed for PDI through June of 2012 (when I resigned) was subcontracted to two National direct mail marketing companies. These companies are regulated by the U. S. Post Master General and are required to abide by consumer protection laws in all 50 states. To blame these marketing companies for their on-line reputation is absurd, in my opinion.
After reading their defensive comments below, it is perhaps most embarrassing that their current management can't spell the word, "misinformation".

This complaint was filed with a lack of understanding of the process. Premium Destinations pays ( MARKETING COMPANIES.. ) for tours to see our product. The gifts that this individual received was from one of these marketing companies. Most people that have issues with the marketing company always get confused by this. The product we sell is Global Connections in which has an A+ Rating on the better business bureau and also has been accredited since 2008. If there is anything we can do to help this disgruntled individual please call our office or email me at [email protected] We will be more then happy to help.
Thank You

At Premium Destinations if we know there is a problem we are more then willing to solve it. Most complaints on the internet are based on the actions of other companies, Like said comment above. The Client has mistaken us as the Marketing company in which we are not. But, we do want to know what the marketing companies are doing to cause the complaint. Also, some people complain before they ask for help, in the case of the complaint above, client ran into a problem with the marketing company and did not call us to let us know what was happening, so obviuosly we can not help said individual until he actually calls and asks.
Another issue we run into is that other companies like to utilize these complaint forums to post false negativity to utilize against our organization. This complaint has been filed word for word on two different complaint websites. In the investigation that had followed it became evident that the complaint was filed by either a competing organization or the complaint organizations themselves to try to bribe our organization to pay them money to remove the complaint.
If this is an actual client we would be more then happy to help you so please contact our office.
Thank You Management

I came across their business by referral from a good friend of mine. The folks there I dealt with were awesome and my whole experience with them from start to finish was pleasurable. There can't be one thing that works for everyone but premium destinations was able to meet my needs on this occasion. I went there and sat through the presentation, received my gift and i took care of my vacation accommodations. We had a great trip just a month ago, and I wouldn't expect someone who is unemployed to know too much about travel and vacation but you basically get what you pay for.
