Prescott and associates llc Eric Foster scammed me of $166.00 and almost more houston Texas
i recieved a demand of payment letter, stating i owed $2040.00 for a payday loan. and truth be told i know i do have an outstanding balance on one. i just didnt recall it being so much i figured sheesh all the fees. So i call the number 888 603 6766, the lady adks for my file# located on the top of the letter and says somone will call me back. That someone is Eric Foster who says he will make arrangents to settle for 499.98 that i can mail money order in one lump sum or in three payments, i made the first but it just felt weird i didnt have to put an account number or any other information on the money order just fax a copy and mail the money order.then idecided to look up the company and sure enough i found the ripoff report. feeling really stupid.
