Pressler n Pressler They Froze my checking, saving account, also a joint account with my husband for a debt that has already been paid off with another attorney. Parippany New Jersey
Pressler n Pressler Froze my Savings, Checking Account, also a joint Account I have with my husband. I was not informed by them that they were going to do this. I tried to take monies out of my account and was informed by my bank that the accounts were frozen by them. I am not sure what the debt is for, I think it is a Home Depo debt, BUT, this debt was paid in full a couple of years ago. Another attorney contacted me and I had them take out $500/month until the debt was paid in full. I am not able to see the balances of my account, I don't know if Pressler n Pressler took monies out of my account or how much was taken. Is this legal? How can they do this?
