Prestige Chrysler Las Vegas, JR FISK ..SERVICE MANAGER- current will not he me fix their mess, they createdTY ..SERVICE MANAGER THAT HANDLED,, DIDN'T HANDLE THE MESS THEY MADE They did not repair, but blew my jeep motor at their shop.. I payed to fix it with a new motor the incompetent people even screwed that up Las Vegas Nevada
Two lights on one flashes the volt and the stability for about an hour
We get to Vegas codes cleared via turn engine on and off
Taker to dealer next day the drive there no flashing lights at all
Throttle body needs servicing, so they say?? and low oil???? Haha
They say they "could just fill up the oil and get it on the road but would not fix the problem "my husband said just fix it. He also requested an oil and filter change which the filter was not changed, don't know about the oil, I had the Chrysler prepaid oil change they were to use.
They have it two days charge us $1700.00 say its fixed...
Runs we start home@10:30 pm due to watching kids...
End up spending night on the side of road about one hour and a half out of town... stop to get gas and check oil,.....oil pressure lights up
New battery installed, That my daughter bought at Walmart in Avondale Az. six hours after we were stranded ...
Light on oil pressure still lights up...
towed from where oil pressure light came on, in the afternoon by a tow truck sent from prestige Chrysler in Vegas..
Maybe battery is wrong they say, oil pump needs replacing, will have estimate next day, john told my husband they "were gonna take it for a long test drive the next day" the next day he he calls and new oil pump will get estimate next day... The next day John told me "they had been test driving it and when it warmed up and got hot out it would have the oil light on and now the engine lifters were making a racket"
They drive it for 2 days on second day of driving it around we get a call at around 2 pm "oh are you sitting down we decided your engine needs replacing..you must have blown the engine before you brought it in,from oil starvation", yet there was plenty of oil on the dipstick only about maybe, 2quarts low. cause you drove it with oil pump not working..( We did not!!! we parked it one and a half hours outta vegas, and parked it the minute the check oil light came on) and I know this can be verified by my computer in my jeep..!!
