I have a straight and simple car loan-although at a ridiculously high interest rate. The term was for 72 months. This company hounded, harrassed, and harrangued starting at 12:01 am the day after a payment was due. Although I was late, (my contract stipulates "payment within 10 days") but PFS decided they did not have to honor the terms of the contract, and I never missed a payment. Now I have one payment left and PFS decided that I owed them anotrher $3500. For what I don't know. Mary Margan has n ot answered email nor responded to a letter, registered return reciept. I filed a complaint with the FTC and after three more attempts to get a copy of my ledger, I sent a letter to the Cheif Financial Officer. I am still waiting.
If you have a choice, do not use this company. they actually treat every 1,000th customer well, but for the rest, you will be treated like pond scum. That is their trademark

After reading all the complaints against this company I believe it is time to unite and file class action. I am investigating that option right now and will post what I find out. They need to be stopped.
