As a former employee I have to agree with your complaints about customer service. I had several customers that bought from me in good faith and received poor quality construction and extremely poor service follow-up after the set. One customer did not have his repairs completed after 6 months, another had to go to an outside source for timely repairs and a third was forced to hire an outside contractor to fix the screw-ups of the factory. The factory did not follow guidelines requested for changes and then blamed the lot for not providing enough information. Then the factory refused to compensate the owner for the labor. When I left the company, the service dept. was backed up with 113 service calls, (this info came directly from the manager of the Yulee lot.). The homes may look nice, but the construction and service leave a lot to be desired. Caveat Emptor!!
