My wife and my self started this whole process in june of 05. We went to model lot in jax and picked out the buster a 5 br 2 ba, almost 2k sq ft home just big enough for our big family.

The model home was very nice well crafted we used our land as collateral all was ok until it was closing time. 9/27/05 our home wasnt even on our land yet and the land wasnt prepped. This is our first home so we didnt know.

The home was set up on 12/17/06 the home set on our land for about 2 weeks till we could get in to see the inside. We found broken windows cut flooring moldings not connecting. Bedroom closet not put together

holes in the siding.

Some screens had holes in them carpet is coming up in corners vinal floor in kitchen/diningroom is cut and you can see nails coming up. There wasnt any lighting fixtures anywere in the house. Windows are stiff and hard to open floor in back bedroom is not level, washroom door wont open all the way backdoor is warped. Master bathroom has french doors only ordered 1 door shower leaks all faucets are very cheep. Back bathroom toilet is leaking at seal screendoor at sliding door wont stay on kitchen cabnets fellapart. Not enough room

As a former employee I have to agree with your complaints about customer service. I had several customers that bought from me in good faith and received poor quality construction and extremely poor service follow-up after the set. One customer did not have his repairs completed after 6 months, another had to go to an outside source for timely repairs and a third was forced to hire an outside contractor to fix the screw-ups of the factory. The factory did not follow guidelines requested for changes and then blamed the lot for not providing enough information. Then the factory refused to compensate the owner for the labor. When I left the company, the service dept. was backed up with 113 service calls, (this info came directly from the manager of the Yulee lot.). The homes may look nice, but the construction and service leave a lot to be desired. Caveat Emptor!!
