Kristine and Lauren make promises they don't keep.
Right off the bat, they don't even tell you the correct hours. By the time you know it, you're working 7am-7pm. You spend a TON of money in gas. They do not reimburse you. I didn't even stay around to get my check. The atmosphere in the suite is very fun, but ther job is terrible once you get out on the field.
You're supposed to go door to door to buisinesses selling T-Mobile. I used to sell T-Mobile with Costco at another job for years. Costco is all about honestly and respecting the customer. Prestige is the opposite. At Costco, we had 3 weeks of training to familiarize ourselves with the correct features of the phones and plans. Prestige has a single day session.
When out in the field, I was frequently hearing Lauren tell customers incorrect information, not fit people to the right plan or phone, and not disclose information that they should have been told. Plus your job is to push people into buying. Very high pressure tachtics.
I was taught that in sales, if you are honest, you will build your business. I left Prestige becuase I cannot spend 12 hours a day (and sometimes weekends) ripping people off.
