I wrote the following to Priceline when an error had been made, and have gone thru every possible chanel to get it resolved. They do not believe in mistakes, and will not accept mistakes can happen. I was billed for 190.00 for a flight I did not want or mean to confirm.

Letter to Priceline:

"As I have explained to Lewis (7104) immediately after I realized last night (within minutes), I had made an error. I had several browsers open. One I was booking for this weekend, and several others looking for flights for Mothers day. I mistakenly thought the above request was the same request I had already purchased (in the screen, I could not see the dates of travel, just initial here), asking me to confirm the reservation for this weekends flights. Lewis could not help me.

I called and spoke with Jerry (5883) this morning, and again, he "would not" help me. This is an error. I only wanted the flights for this weekend. Not the May 7th booking. Please help me correct this mistake. Truly, and honest mistake, my error for having so many browsers open, and trying to "do" to many things at once. As you can see, from the flight I actually wanted to purchase and the error, these were done within moments of each other. Please advise. Thanks!"

Like you admitted yourself, you had too many things going on at once and made a mistake. Priceline's system is automatic, booking a ticket immediately for you. You didn't want the ticket, but neither do they. Why should they pay for the mistake you admitted you made? I know it sucks and mistakes happen, you will just have to learn from it. there are warning all over their site that once you click on the buy button, it is irreversable. If you need more luxury than that, you may need to consult a travel agent.
