Prime My Body DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It's a FRAUD! Carrollton Texas
This company is FRAUDULENT. Do not buy into this company or their claims which are not tested by a lab.
In addition, this company does not have customer service. They did not return any of my phone calls and only have a voicemail which is not manned. They require that you contact them for returns via email only and it appears they have no intention to refund your money. In fact, they did return my 5 emails until 40 days later. They also stated that I received their product, which I did not, and require that I return it in perfect condition to receive a 90% refund. I've explaned that I do not have the product and canceled it via email within 24 hours of my purchase. Therefore, the product should have never been sent.
They signed me up over the phone and did not explain the refund policy, but checked it off on their end. They did not explain that they have bank merchant issues and must run credit cards through a merchant in Mexico. In fact, they could not find anyone to process their credit cards until recently and had to accept checks only.
It's a shady operation and I'm still trying to get my money back after filing a claim with my bank. I will now file a dispute with the BBB, FTC, and SEC.
This is a fly-by-night operation and they are only interested in taking your money.
