Prize Candle I BOUGHT 6 CANDLES ON DEC 8, 2016, WAS CHARGED AND NEVER RECEIVED ANY TRACKING. I TRIED TO REACH OUT TO THE COMPANY AND THE WEBSITE DOESN'T WORK AND MY EMAILS DID NOT GO THROUGH! HOW DO I GET MY MONEY REFUNDED? I WANT MY MONEY BACK. THESE PEOPLE SCAMMED ME. Internet
I recently purchased over $50 worth of candles from prizecandle.com. I purchased 6 candles and they charged me on December 8th, 2016. After a few days I began checking my email for the shipping confirmation and never received one. I then began to go to their website and at that point the website was down, they said they were SOLD OUT. I then attempted to contact PRIZE CANDLES through their customer service email and a few days later I realized the emails were never delivered. Prize candle are SCAMMERS!!! How do i go about getting my money back?
