I ordered over $600 in prize candles. I have 5 that were damaged in shipping due to improper packing. I sent pictures as requested, was contacted and told that I would get a refund. I have not received a refund, the emails to support bounce and no communication from them.

I checked my accounts and they DID refund me for a few candles that were broken dring shipment. Not ALL of them, but some anyway. Email still gets bounced, and their website is down.
