Do not even think about working for these a-holes. And DO NOT but a $2000 water system for $6000! Salesman, if you are checking this out before taking a job there, you just saved a lot of valuble time.
They DO NOT pay as told in your interveiw or employment ad. If you do not sell a ridiculesed priced system in your first week your "salary" get taken away! And the leads they give you SUCK!!
Consumer, if you found this after buying the system Cancell IT!! Its an overpriced peice of junk.

We have had our whole house system for less than 2 years, and for the first year it worked great, but in the last 6 months we have had service techs at our home 3 times~ and each time costs us atleast $200 for the service call, etc.. We still have to use the same amount of soaps, etc., and the soap and cleaner "supply" they give you is ALOT smaller than promised! I would never recommend this system to anyone! Right now we have brown water! We just had to call for service again! This system is not worth the money!

Good day everyone, :-)
I am Darrell Gilbert and I have the whole Home unit in my house. It is everything RainSoft says it is. Clean wonderful water :-) Is it expensive? A resounding YES! Is it more expensive then every other system out there? A resounding YES! :-) And here's why: A LifeTime Warranty. I have seen 1yr. 5 yr. and even 7 to 10 yr warranties but never a LifeTime warranty like RainSoft. RainSoft started in 1953 by Stewart Graicen as hired by NASA to invent a Water-filter for the Astronauts. Since then now in 2010 -There system has a 4foot high Carbon unit to remove 99.9% chemicals, and a second 4foot high unit with a negatively charge ionic medium to remove 99.9% sediments, dissolved inorganic matter, lime, calcium, manganese, and magnesium. Then an additional unit under the Kitchen sink with a supplied & installed drinking spigot.
The result is a pure water molecule like God intended. Oh ya I paid full price before asking for a job to work there because I was so impressed. Get all the Chemical cleaners out of your house - save the money - lower heating bills, cleaner laundry, younger softer skin, cleaner hair too. The system comes with (included) 4 years of free all-natural soaps, free professional installation and a customer service department that's open 7 days a week. Could I get water filtration cheaper, YES, could I get it better, No! Rainsoft is a good and honest company and the Bristol Pa Dealership has been family owned and operated for 40 years with 4 generations working there Mom(accounting) Original Son(inventor) His two sons(new owners), grandson(employee/office manager).
