ProlineCard ripoff Dishonest fraudulent billing of $329.49 Miami Florida
The company charged me and ripped me off for three hundred tweenty-nine dollars and forty-nine cents, paid with money order. I still have in my power the receipt of the money order. Their contact phone 1-877-593-5757 always says all circuits are busy. And their website www.prolinecard.com always shows the website under reconstruction. I'd like some help to get my money back.
