I thought these would be actual leads of qualified prospects, but instead I paid $1,649 in advance, for names and phone numbers that I could have gotten out of a phone book.  I could have called out of the phone book and gotten a real person on the other end.  When I actually did reach someone to follow up, after spending more money printing and mailing booklets out to them, I ask them what prompted them to order a booklet and they say that they thought they were signing up for a sweepstakes or a drawing.

I get this response every time I'm actually able to reach someone, which isn't very ofter, so they are basically being mislead to fill out this form and this is the crap that Prospect Match has charged me for.  I tried to get a credit for the unused leads, but you are penalized for paying in advance, because they don't give refunds, only more crappy, unqualified leads.  They don't provide you with the full date of birth, only the month and day of these prospects, so you don't even know what or if they qualify for anything, before you call.  I did set one appointment, but the lady was too old, and didn't qualify for anything.

One prospect I got was for a Pre-retiree, that has been retired for a long time, that would be a retiree, but I was approaching the appointment as a pre-retiree and there is a difference in the approach.  Prospect match wants you to spend even more money on a newsletter to drip on people.  Well you would think that this would be included, because you need to do it to maybe get some future business from they poorly qualified leads, but it's an extra charge.  Suprise Suprise!  Don't spend any of your hard earned money with Prospectmatch.com.  They have you sign a contract before you have a chance to try the leads and see how poor they are.  If you tried them before you signed the contract, you'd never sign it.  They also only put positive testimonials on the website, to lure people in, but there are plenty of complaints.
