So I have been going to Psyche Care Consultants for 2 years not once seen the doctor but i have talked to him on the phone and when I did he was very rude i waited 3 hours for a call back which is not extremly long but annoying. He said he would not fill my medication and was going to fire me as a patient. After that i had to beg him figureitivly on my knees to call in 2 of my 60 medications I see the nurses every month and because of Walgreens I was short a week so I had to call the exchange and after i begged him he finally said I might call it in for you and you have to be at the Office the next day. Another time I had a appointment with him Dr. Malik he canceled and then the nurse did too. So 3 weeks later after running out of my spare meds, yes I said Spare because I know if I dont have some extra on hands I might have to go without and I will go though bad withdrawls. He has canceled on me over 12 times and double books appointments where he can get more money for his time. Very Rude they finally have some new employees which are nicer than some of the old ones. If i had to rate the whole company it would be a 2 out of 10 Stars horrible experinces and long waiting times and trying to find another doctor for medications that i take would be hard to get in waiting times are over 1 month to see a new doctors as much as 4 months only reason i have yet to change doctors offices.

So went to the doctors office again had a sit down with Mary Rose BC-PMHNP and after that i told her to have the front desk contact my pharmacy so I could get my medicine because last time I had to wait 3 days after my oppointment to get it filled and ran out because they kept on post-poning my appointments because of doctor canceling or nurses, she said to stand there and wait till they call it in before I leave so i do. The incompentent African-American front desk worker called it in, so I'm like sweet this worked out good so i go to the pharmacy and they say well we cannot fill them the doctors office gave the pharmacy the wrong DEA_Number for Dr. Malik so I call the exchange they said call back in 30 mins if I dont hear from the doctor because they were going to page him.
So 20 mins later I'm calling the exchange with no supprise again like last time and they tell me that nobody from the office is taking calls. I told them whatever bye, such a waste of time. So I go to bed Doctor calls me up like whats going on and I told him what was up he told me well I guess someone made a mistake, I said no s**t and he told me to call the pharmacy and have them call the office in the morning.
Next, I'm waking up in the morning call the doctors office they give me the run around telling me to call the pharmacy so I do the pharmacy apparently had been try to get through to them told me that they left messages and kept getting the run around too" with no suprise to me" anyways finally got pissed off and said F@#k It im going to the office and I see Josh which in my opionion the only compentent person there with a brain I like sweet now i can get this taken care of Josh finally calls the Pharmacy and has them fill my script. Josh is a front desk worker, best employee they have if it was not for him I dont think I would be with my medication ever!
