PTI Media Network, Pump Toppers dishonest, ripoff - 12 unpaid employees during the past 2 years El Dorado Hills California
Over the past 2 years PTI Media Networks - Kathleen Ruddell (CEO), owes approx. 200k in back salaries and penalties to their employees. These people know the system and hire good working honest people, then jerk them out of their pay.
Plus they rip-off clients and never blink an eye. Take for instance; Santa Barbara County put together a clean air campaign "Don't Top Off" and hired PTI Media/Pump Toppers to place gas pump topper signs at designated gas stations. In the contract, which was signed by Kathleen Ruddell, each gas station owner was to receive $300.00 at the end of the campaign, which lasted three months.
PTI Media/Pump Toppers - Kathleen Ruddell (CEO) received payment for both the advertising and the gas station owners, but never paid the gas station owners their $300.00. This was an extra $15,000 in the pocket of PTI Media Networks - what a rip-off. The county of Santa Barbara spent one year trying to get PTI Media to pay their local gas station owners, but with no success the county of Santa Barbara paid the gas station owners directly under good faith. This is a sad excuse for a company called PTI Media Networks / Pump Toppers. They suck!
