I have known and worked for Kathleen Ruddell for many years and stood idly by personally witnessing several dishonest employees come and go. When it became clear and certain that these employees could not perform to the level expected by their co-workers or just show up on time, 5 days per week to do the job they were hired for they were exposed and left disgruntled. If I had not witnessed it myself I would have never believed that with drunks and drug addicts they all sing the same tune how they were wronged by their employer or the system. Kathleen's biggest fault is she is a living Mother Theresa. I have witnessed Kathleen assist and provide endless support to her employees, help employees out financially in the time of need with her personal monies, hire friends and family when the were out of a job, pay employees salaries much more than what they were previously earning, and give employees a chance to better themselves through on the job training and experience. Believe it or not all of the Rip Off Report authors tried to collect unemployment after they voluntarily quit. The true discoveries of these past employees are as follow all too numerous jobs, story after story of how they were wronged by their past employers, IRS issues, drug and alcohol habits, poor job performance and work behavior, misrepresentation of skills and education Hindsight is 20/20! Kathleen has since implemented new hire screening and background checks. John
