I tried to contact them on 1-800, I was on hold for long time. so I e-maild them. They apologized and said "We have canceled this order and removed the charge. You may receive an additional issue or two. Please enjoy them with our compliments". I hope this end up to here.

I beleive if you contact a company that runs credit reports (ie: equifax) you can lodge a protest on your credit report. It doesn't hurt to get a copy of your credit report - once every couple of years. If PCH ever files something on you, you can put a note on your credit that you are disputing the charge. I think your local Credit Bureau would have some suggestions for you. Best of luck
