Purrfect Auto Ripoff! Work done improperly. San Leandro California
Took it in for their oil change special 9.95, they find other problems, say by the way, my brake fluid needs flushing, transmission fluid needs changing. Opted only for the brake fluid flush, as the level was a bit low. Took them less than 5 minutes to do, but I wasn't watching so suspect they just topped it off, for $30 more.
Seeing all the other complaints, I am worried now, that I should have watched them on everything like a hawk, hoping that they didn't do things that would damage other parts like others have reported. They definitely added too much oil though. Going to check out what the consequences of too much oil would be, and drain it myself if need be.
At a minimum, they can't even add the right amount of oil in something as simple as an oil change. Wouldn't trust them with work that was any more involved.
