Q Solutions Inc, q Business Solutions Inc paid more than i needed to & didnt get my download for photoshop Internet
My son wanted "photoshop" on his laptop as he has been using this at school. I looked on the internet & found Q Business Solutions offering 3 years unlimited usage for 9 per year. I opted for this & went through the payment guide. During the guide, nothing was said to the amount which was going to be decucted from my account. When at the end of the payment form, a total amount wasn't shown, so, assuming i was paying for the 3 year subscription which should of costed 27, they took more than they should have. This was because of tiny little boxes which had already been ticked which were not noticable offering lifetime of customer support which i didnt want & also download protection which i again didnt want!! And to top it all off i have not had my download!!
My son is extremely upset, i have written numerous emails but had no reply. These people should not be able to get away with scamming people, its not like we have money to throw away!!
