This is an MLM coupon company (does the same thing as Groupon). I was very excited when I signed up with this company because they are part of ADZOO and coupons are hot. I ended up quitting after a copuple of months, and I advise anybody that wants to join to beware and here's why. First, I did not realize when I signed up that Qnanza has no phone number to call for help, only e-mail. Had I known this I never would have joined.

What troubled me is that many of the e-mails that I sent in to corporate for help were never answered (my upline was as much in the dark as I was company is new). On top of this, the online chat system was always down and not working. The worst part is that when I did my first deal the commission check was not cut on time. It was late (can you imagine if the checks were substantially large).

I e-mailed corporate to check on my commission and they never responded - unbelievable. Well I finally did get my commission check but it was late. In short, I advise anybody to not join this company because they have zero customer service, nobody knows what is going on, and they do not cut the commission checks promptly per company guidelines. I paid good money to join this company and I would expect them to at least provide some form of customer service as well as cutting commission checks on time per the company guidelines.

My report on Qnanza is absolutely true. My first deal I am talking about was not a tipping point deal, and I repeat it was not a tipping point deal, which means my check should have been cut sooner than later. Funny how the Qnanza rebuttal claims that my deal was a tipping point deal and they do not even know who I am. When I finally did get thru via the chat line for the first time to find out where my check was, the Qnanza agent said that my check was cut that day (remember is was late). Now this is a coincidence, check is not mailed on time, but it was cut on the same day as when I am on the chat system talking to them.  It is amazing how quick Qnanza is to respond to this ripoff report yet they could not even answer e-mails. Once again as for the chat system, the agent told me that the reason the chat system shows consistently that it is unavailable is because it can only handle 50 users at one time. The company supposedly has thousands of agents. C'mon. Anyhow the online chat agent told me that this is why I could never get thru. Beware: this company does not respond to e-mails, and my commission check was not cut on time. You may notice in Qnanza's rebuttal that they are pretty much calling me liars. What they should do is apologize for the lack of customer service and move on.

This gentleman's account of Qnanza is untirely false. I have been with this company for over 2 years and have received over 100 checks. All my checks were sent on time; like clockwork. I have never been with another company whose payment history was close to as good as Qnanza. Some of the smaller cities that we are in are known as 'tipping cities', and a certain amount of coupons must be sold before commissions are paid. I am sure that is the circumstance that caused the person to "assume" his checks were late.

He did receive his check after the 'tipping point' was achieved.

As far as Instant Chat, I have never had an issues with it. I have used it over 50 times in 2 years and always get the info I need. It is only operational during certain hours however, and I can only imagine that this person was trying to access it during off hours. For those times we have an amazing support ticket program. It doesn't seem this person even tried that. Also we do have a number to call in to for important issues. 

Lastly I just want to say that I am not an employee of this company, but I love how they operate and what we provide for small business owners. We are what is known as a 'Google Adwords Certified company, and have an A rating with the BBB. I don't believe we could have achieved either if we operated as this person describes. I am happy to discuss with anyone the amazing attributes of this company.
