Quick Cash , Cash Advance Place claiming I owe 612.00 from a cash advance they say was deposited into an account that wasnt open when they said it was deposited.Threating to garnish my wages,taking me to court,serving me with papers,harassing my employer for personal info of mine,knowing all my personal info including my social #,Email,checking acct.#,routing #,cell #. im not the only victim,trying to go into my bank acct. Ive was receiving phone calls from a guy who claims to be working with quick cash to collect a debt that i never obtained.he knows all my info,social#,birth date,place of employement,cell #,address.....He threatened me saying i was going to be served with legal documents from court,I would receive a felony charge because of stealing money and not paying it back.He was calling my place of employement asking to get information.He has a deep Indian accent.He also claimed to be a lawyer.I asked him to send me documents so I could have written documents, he denied.I had to change my banking information,and alert all three credit reports to put an Idenity Theft Alert on my credit report.Ive made a police report and even had the Saginaw police department of Michigan call that number which then he claimed to be a lawyer and also working for the A.C.S.(American Credit Service). He was constantly yelling at the police officer then hung up on her. They are also using different phone numbers and calling different people at all hours of the nite and harassing them, telling them the same scam. This has to be stopped, I want these people found so I can press charges for fraud and I.D.Theft. These kind of people need to be stopped.I googled this number 1-818-451-4692. this is coming out of Canoga Park,Ca.They have many phone #s.If you dial this # youll get an answering machine then they call you back.If you switch up the last # to this phone # youll see many other complaints.
