I switched to Quickbooks Online over a year ago. Since switching we have had multiple instances of data loss, duplicate entries, inaccurate records, the list goes on. This is an accounting software, and when you can't be sure if your numbers are accurate because the system is duplicating deposits, entries, bills, and invoices, it is of no use to me. The worst part is that I was told by a representative that due to the fact that only five other people were experiencing this problem, it was low priority and could go on indefinitely.

Unreal. Customer service is located in India and is of no help whatsoever.
