Quicken Loans in Michigan HQ company intentionally delays loan closings so as to be able to charge their consumers extra points (ie. $$$) for their lock expiring because the company failed to do its job or live up to its advertising Detroit Michigan
Quicken Loans intentionally delays loans once started in order that the company can charge its customers extra $$$ (ie. points) because "you lock is expiring"! When you complain, they charge you even more! A very very dishonest company! They admit that Jay Farner their owner can lie about mortgage rates because they do not ever state in their ads how many points they are going to charge you to get the advertised rate! Stay away from this company if you value honesty!
