r and b metal structures told me product only came in 30" sections but order from a independent dealer was 20' then gave me a price for them to install. They wanted $5.00 a foot for material. They are just POS car saleswomen and I will never buy another building from dirt bags such as this. They won't try to twist my arm again. I will buy elsewhere jackson Georgia
bought a awning from R and B two years ago and reciently decided to inclose. Called to buy structural material from them a woman answered and gave me a price including labor. Got irritated because I wanted to do it myself. She wouldn't give me a price for them then told me that the warranty would be void if I didn't use them and the product I needed only came in 30" piecies. Called a dealer here in Florida. He said he could get them in 20 foot sections. she lied to me. (car salesmen rip off)Then the Florida dealer said that he knew there was something wrong when they quoted him $5.00 a foot for the materials I need. Dealer in Florida said he was sorry and would love to do business but suggested I have the parts I need made at steel city. Won't be another building on my property from these people again..... I don't like being lied to so some sorry sales person can make more profit. Now I know where they go when I get rid of these kind of people in my company.
