R & J Tree Surgeons Randy Promised to trim trees on my property and clean my roof. Was to return to haul off some branches and finish jobs, but never returned. All phone calls to him were never returned. Ocala Florida
On June 5th, Randy was suppose to wash my roof and trim up two trees for $375.00. He asked for partial payment in advance. He began trimming the trees for an hour or so and put the trimmings next to the curb to haul to the dump at a later time. But since it was late the trimmings could not be hauled off to the the dump until the next day that the dump was open which would be Wednesday, June 7th. He then left with the promise to return to finish the job on Tuesday. He returned the next day and tried to convince me to have more trees trimmed. I told him I could not afford that at the present time. So he said he would like to wash my roof at that time, but since it began sprinkling out he didn't feel it was advisable to wash the roof in the rain, so he left and promised to return. Wednesday is didn't rain, but he never returned to haul off the trimmings or to wash my roof. After calling the number listed on his business card several times on Thursday, June 8th, there was still NO return visit or response to my calls.

I had same experience, with randy did some trimming left debriefed promised to return and never show back up ,did not return calls, he was paid but did not show back up, for anyone out there do not use this company
