Rain Control Aluminum Of CENTRAL Florida INC. Owner Todd Fraudulent! Shady Business Practice! Heartless! Self Absorbed! Poor Workmanship Spring Hill Florida
Todd- owner of rain control- was gift wrapped his daddy's company and is running it into the ground. His Father Started with 27 crews 27 Trucks and now his son -TODD- is down to 2.-- for many reasons... To start, Todd is a heartless boss who treats his employees as if they were slaves and mindless drones created to serve him in any way he see fit. He disobeys the law by refusing them overtime/breaks/easy days/ respect/ privacy/ honesty / non- discrimination, and a job. He puts on a facade promising vacation, insurance, holidays, and good pay. But his employees are forced to work long hard days for the most minimal pay compensation that isn't even legal. His employees are often shown examples with some poor sucker that is hired and then fired for anything that Todd can come up with, such as firing him for being a couple of minutes late--no matter if the new employee had a legitimate reason. He doesn't even give him the courtesy of firing him in person--TODD did it over the phone and after the end of a hard day. The strain on the employees and the fast pace environment causes the work quality and product to be of poor craftsmanship. Rush Rush Rush. Finish Finish Finish---no matter rain sleet nor snow. Rain usually results in delays for most but not for this company. Employees must get their jobs done no matter what in fear that they might be fired.
TODD LIES TO CUSTOMERS promising that he uses stainless steel srews and fasteners, but his employees know different--he does not.!!!
The style -of the way the gutter/pipe/accesories are "crafted and installed" are in still the same fashion of the 70's. Tod has failed to modernize his fathers era of gutter to today's more flowing/seamless/hidden screws, and contemporary style workmanship and quality that I and many others have configured to produce the best quality possible to exceed customer, wheather, and industry demands. His work is insulting to installers and considered a relic. But most home-owners don't notice the difference in old and new style- for installers it is black and white. The only compliment I will give him is his choice of sealant.
TODD is an EGOTISTIC MANIAC who only cares about himself. He will srew-over his fellow man in order to feed his appetite. He does not care about the customer - employee - nor product. Just the sale and the check. He does not take care of the people that take care of him. If I were you I would never seek employment or any product from rain control aluminum. The are plenty of other companies that perform better quality work-because todd is one of the worst. All he has going for him now is his daddy's hand-me-down name.

This complaint was submitted by a former employee I had to let go. David was a new hire that was 30 minutes late to work the first two days as a new employee. When I asked him why he was late, he did not have a specific reason. It wasn't because he was sick or because of a personal/family issue either. I told him that if he was late again without a valid reason I would have to let him go. David showed up late a third time in just six days of being employed so I had no choice but to let him go. Because we do so much business, it is imperative that all of the employees arrive to work on time or it throws our entire day off. I simply cannot run a successful business with employees showing up 30 minutes late every day- especially when they are new to the job. I have employees that have been with me for 15+ years, they receive paid holidays/vacations as well as having a Monday-Friday work week so they can confirm that I am more than fair with my employees. Unfortunately, David took me letting him go personally and attempted to tarnish my reputation by filing this report. Contrary to David's story, I did not inherit my fathers business, I started this company myself. If I ran my company as David claims I do I would not be in business after all these years.
