Rain Soft They said in house financing "WRONG." It was unusable more than usable. They said wile under warranty no service charge " WRONG" 100$ to show up and 80$ per hour and parts Jacksonville Florida
The rep came to the house for a demanstration and it seemed great because our water was so bad. The rep said it was maintanance free "WRONG" you still have to add bleach and salt quite often. The system was unusable more often than it was usable which would have been ok because of the warranty which stated "no service charges" but they still charged 100$ to come out and 80$ per hr for services and parts. the water is great when it works but for real how much is good water worth, sertainly not what Rain Soft charges.
