Rainsoft ripped me off and lied to me about products and services and then Wayne the sales man came on to me and made gestures toward me than were wrong!!! Fort Wayne Indiana
This is a warning to anyone wanting to buy an water softner.. DONT use rainsoft that was on lima road in fort wayne indiana. they are no longer there but i know tha they cheat and lie and do what ever it take to get the sale and then dont follow thru with the deal.
When i contacted them about 2 months ago about a water softner for my home i spoke with aguy named Wayne. he rushed to me and tryed to sell me top of the line on everything and even said if i bought it we would throw in a free brinks security system for my home protection since i was a single woman living all alone.
I told him i would have to think about it and he called me at least 5 times a day until the night he showed up at my house and made nasy sexual gestures towards me. i got offened and told him to leave and still he continues to call me. he called me and told me that if i still am in the market for any water softners and now he does security needs to please call him and he would take care of my needs..YUCKY.
i will never call him nor reccommed any company he works for. So consumers (single woman) dont call rainsoft or brinks security for these guys are raunchy and only out to be preverts and rip you off!!!
