in your life, haven't you?
Sounds like you're having a case of buyer's remorse and shifting blame wherever you can. You're ticked because you let them "force" you into a water treatment system through "predatory" methods...right?
I'll also bet that the "thugs" that installed your system and littered your yard with cigarette butts were actually escaped felons. The photo they took of you was likely to be used for further Ripoffs of you...think about that a bit. ;)
BTW, California laws are so PRO consumer and ANTI business, I wonder why anyone wants to run a business there.

First Rainsoft is a manufacturer of water treatment systems and are not "Also Known As" (aka) Aqua Finance. Auqu Finance does not manufacture, sell, install, or repair water treatment systems. Aqua Finance is a Finance company.
Aqua Finance is the lender that provided you with the loan to purchase the water system. It is not uncommon for a lien to be placed on the property where a water system is installed as you have a secured loan. Aqua Finance does have an interest to protect which is the $8,500.00 they lent you.
The easiest way to have the lien removed is to pay off the loan. If you do not have the funds available to pay it off you could look into getting a personal loan which may be at a lower rate of interest saving you money over time.
If you would be able to pay the loan off in full make sure to call Aqua Finance for a 10 day pay off.
Aqua Finance has not done anything wrong here.
