I had a sprinkler system, sod, 9 gutters buried a patio and walkway installed the week of 10/13/2003. The job cost us 8500.00 and the landscaper called me the night before completion to get paid and I did so without hesitation.
I called the week of 10/27/03 to report that the walkway had sunk. I understand these things happen and all I asked is that it be fixed. I was told it would be taken care of in the next couple of weeks. I was later told that other poeple needed their landscaping done and he would get to it when he could.
It is know 12/23/03 and nothing has been done. The lansdscaper has not called or followed up with me in any way.
They also advertise on their web site that they use BIG ROLLS to sod your yard. I did not get this and when I questioned it I was told the sod farm was not cutting BIG ROLLS anymore. I said but that is what I wanted and the reply was its the same thing it does not matter.
Why was I not informed of this? They are deceptive and do not follow through. They do not even pay the plumber they sub-contract in a resonable time frame. BAD BUSINESS!

I hired Raintree Landscaping in August 2006 on the recommendation of my contractor. They were very professional & accommodating. They came out 6wks later, exactly as scheduled & laid sod, planted a tree & put in a patio for me. I would not hesitate to tell friends of Raintree. Christie
