Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I learned on February 10, 2020 that Ralph Beck used my identity EIN tax number and the name of my registered company, Serene Creek Run Riding Center at Rivers Bend Inc. to register a 2007 Mercedez Benz with the Bedford County DMV without my permission.  I currently have a RICO Racketeering action filed against him and other defendants 6:18-cv-00061 Crystal Rivers v USA in the Western District Court.

Be ware of this man.  He has been involved in fraud for years. If he attempts to do business in the name of my company just know that he is not the owner, officer or owner of any interest in the Serene Creek Run Riding Center at Rivers Bend whatsoever and has never been. If he attempts to sell this vehicle or do business with you, please contact me.

The Commonwealth Attorneys will not prosecute him for any fraud he commits because of who he is and because he is named as a defendant in litigation.  Even though the Plaintiff cannot sue under the US Criminal Codes!!

IV. CONCLUSION

For the reasons stated herein, CVLR’s RICO claim is dismissed and I decline to assert

supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining state law claims. Accordingly, this case shall be dismissed. An appropriate order accompanies this memorandum opinion.

The Clerk of the Court is hereby directed to send a certified copy of this memorandum opinion and the accompanying order to all counsel of record. Entered this 2nd day of April, 2012. 9 In this vein, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit has observed:

[C]ivil RICO plaintiffs persist in trying to fit a square peg in a round hole by squeezing gardenvariety business disputes into civil RICO actions. While it is clear that the scope of civil RICO

extends beyond the prototypical mobster or organized crime syndicate, it is equally evident that

RICO has not federalized every state common-law cause of action available to remedy business

deals gone sour.
